The ewer fluted baluster, on shaped circular domed base with rocaille, the rim applied with scrolls, with leaf-clad flying scroll handle, the base shaped oval, the rim chased with scrolls and foliage on a matted ground, the bowl flat-chased wiht scrolls and rocaille, the basin and ewer struck with psuedo Oporto marks and struck with later French control mark
height of ewer 13½in. (34.3cm.) high; length of basin 18¾in. (47.6cm.); 68oz. (2131gr.) (2)
